Introduction to RPI website

Welcome to Ricercare Per Imparare website.

​This Privacy Policy (hereinafter, the “Privacy Policy”) applies to data provided by each user (hereinafter, the "User") and each subject for whom the evaluation request for entry to RPI is formulated, received from the RPI  website at (hereinafter, the "Website") or processed by RPR following the procedures:​

- "Information Request" completion in the "Contact" section;“
- Accedi alla Guida” completion in the “Guida di Code-Switching” section.

The User, in the role of parent and/or guardian over the minor in whose interest the evaluation request for entry to RPI is formulated, claims to act prior to the explicit consent of the other parent and declares to be fully aware of the criminal liability and administrative consequences arising from documents forgery and false statements.
The Privacy Policy contains the information notice provided pursuant to art.13 of European Regulation n. 2016/679 (hereinafter, "General Data Protection Rules" GDPR) and is inspired by Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European authorities for the protection of personal data - gathered in the Group established by art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/ EC - have adopted on 17 May 2001 to establish minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data.​
The information notice is provided solely for the Website and is not in any way related to the various websites the User may be redirected to via links contained within the Website which perform the redirection to portals and information systems managed by third parties in relation to which ownership, methods and aims RPI is totally foreign to.​
The Privacy Policy is governed by Italian law and in particular by the Code governing personal data processing carried out by anyone who is resident or based in Italy, and ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with the fundamental rights and freedom as well as in respect of the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to privacy, personal identity and the right to personal data protection.The Privacy Policy may be modified or simply updated, in whole or in part, in view of any possible legislative change; changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be binding once posted on the Website.

Data controller

​The data controller is: Ricercare Per Imparare – Associazione Culturale Isola Verde – Via Castagnole, 1, 31050, Ponzano Veneto (Treviso) – VAT PIVA IT 05078570263 - CF 94142200263. RPI independently establishes the processing’s purposes and methods, as well as the security procedures to be applied to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data.

Scope of processing​

Browsing the website is free and does not require authentication credentials.The provision of the User's personal data along with that of each subject the evaluation request for entry to PRI is formulated for (such as, but not limited to, personal data, phone number and email address, hereinafter the "Data") may be required at the "Guida di Code-Switching" sections in order to allow access to sensitive information about Frau Zorzenon Method.​
As mentioned above, the provision of data is optional, yet their absence will make it impossible for RPI to offer the Service. On the Admissions procedure, RPI indicates a link redirecting to the abovementioned information notice, which must be accepted by the User to access the Service along with the User's positive statement to having received the consent of the other parent (if any) of the subject for which the evaluation request for registration to RPI is formulated and the knowledge that, in case of a positive result of the examination of evaluation request for entry to RPI, the admission request to RPI will have to be signed in paper by both parents (if any) or by the guardian, authorizing the processing of their own personal data and of those belonging to the subjects for whom the request of evaluation for entry to RPI is formulated.

Data processing method

Data processing is carried out mainly through electronic mode by RPI and by other parties who, selected with care for their reliability and competence, conduct instrumental operations to achieve the purposes strictly related to the use of the Website and its maintenance.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties, except in cases where the disclosure is required by law or for purposes envisaged by the law for the pursuit of which the consent of the interested subject is not required. In such cases, Data can be made available to third parties who will process them independently and exclusively for such purposes (for example, in case of requests made by the police or by courts or other competent authorities).

Duration of the processing

Data is processed for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes they are collected for, in accordance with the provisions contained in the Code and, in particular in compliance with the rules of lawfulness, fairness, relevance and non-abundance.

Data Safety​

Specific security measures are observed by RPI to prevent, besides from unauthorized access, also their loss and illicit or incorrect use.

User rights as per art. 15 of the GDPR​

The User may at any time and freely exercise the rights as of art. 15 of the GDPR, such as the right to access to his/her own data, to receive confirmation of existence or not of personal data relating to him/her (even if not yet registered), to know the origin and contents, to verify their accuracy and to request their integration, update or correction, as well as to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or to request the blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to oppose their treatment for legitimate reasons. The User may access his/her data at any time and exercise the rights as per art. 15 of the GDPR through written notice to be sent to RPI  with registered office at 31050 Ponzano Veneto (TV), Via Castagnole 1, e-mail:, where he/she can also receive an updated list of those responsible for the processing appointed as per article 28 of the GDPR.
RPI cannot guarantee Users that the measures adopted for the safety of the Website and the transmission of his/her Data on the Website, limit or exclude any risk of unauthorized access or dispersion of Data by devices used by the Users, therefore we recommend all Users to make sure their computer is equipped with suitable software for the protection of data transmission, both incoming and outgoing (such as for example, updated antivirus systems, firewalls and anti-spam filters).

Subjects who may process Users’ and Pupils’ Data

Data of the User and of each subject for whom the entry request to RPI is formulated are handled exclusively by RPI and by the staff assigned by RPI in order to allow the use of the Service, provided that in case of appointment of processing controllers, RPI will provide appropriate indication, subject to the User’s rights as per article 15 of the GDPR.
